Payments and refunds

Prices are displayed in USD and may change. Refund eligibility and timing are described in the FAQ or at checkout pages. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Intellectual property

All materials we provide, including text, code samples, and course structures, are owned by CrispCanopy AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own projects and submissions.

Third-party services

We may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment or certification. Training results depend on your effort, prior experience, and market conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrispCanopy AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.
